Our luxury retirement village has its own on-site management team who take great care in selecting passionate professionals for every role. This includes a highly trained Village Manager and departmental managers who look after the day-to-day running of the village. Should you decide to make Santhem your home, you’ll likely develop a close relationship with all the team.
Our story
Santhem Residences is sister company to the award-winning Hallmark Care Homes. Owned by the Goyal family, the business brings more than 25 years in operating premium care homes throughout England and Wales.
We are thrilled to take the next step in our journey by creating a new luxury retirement community. Our first village, Shenfield Village, opened in Shenfield, Essex, in the winter of 2022.
As an ARCO-approved operator member, Santhem Residences is committed to adhering to the principles laid down in the ARCO Consumer Code, the main body representing retirement communities in the UK.
